Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in GRC Consulting, Solutions Architecture, Sales Engineering, SaaS Implementation/Professional Services, or a similar role.
• Strong foundation in GRC, Risk Advisory, or Security preferred.
• Intermediate technical knowledge working in Excel or a similar product.
• Highly motivated, driven, and passionate about technology and customer success.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts/priorities at a time, with essential skills in project management, organization, time-management, and attention to detail.
• Desire to learn and understand customers’ problems, with a capability to effectively communicate how Risk Cloud can help.

Responsibilities:

• Assist new customer onboardings and additional implementations for assigned accounts end-to-end, including kickoff, process design, build, training, and rollout.
• Work directly with customers to configure Risk Cloud applications that meet their business objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and become a trusted advisor throughout the implementation process.
• Support project management efforts for all assigned implementations, focusing on time-to-value for our customers.
• Consult with the customer to deliver the appropriate implementation experience based on each customer’s maturity.
• Provide subject-matter expertise and Risk Cloud product advice to help our customers design and build their Risk Cloud applications with a focus on value creation.
• Become an expert user on the Risk Cloud platform and communicate about the product and its resources effectively.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Solutions Engineering and Customer Success throughout the customer journey.
