Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in a paid media-focused role.
- Strong expertise in paid media advertising tools across various networks, including Google Search, programmatic display networks, and crypto-specific ad networks.
- Proven track record of successfully managing paid search campaigns.
- Demonstrable experience in planning and executing programmatic display campaigns and other paid media initiatives.
- A data-driven mindset and an affinity for numbers.
- Experience in the cryptocurrency industry or industries with regulatory hurdles.
Responsibilities:
- Own P&L responsibility for the performance marketing function.
- Drive performance across key channels including programmatic display, direct display, paid search, and more.
- Develop strategic paid media campaign strategies across a variety of platforms.
- Build and maintain paid media campaigns.
- Optimize paid media campaigns to achieve agreed KPIs, including ROAS.
- Conduct in-depth analysis and reporting on paid media performance to identify trends and opportunities.
- Oversee and manage budgets to ensure effective campaign performance.
- Research and analyze competitors to uncover new strategies and opportunities.
- Collaborate with the design team by planning and briefing paid media creatives.
