Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, computer science, or related field; MBA is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in product management focusing on market analysis, product development, and financial management.
• Proven experience in managing P&L for product lines and developing financial models.
• Experience in a software development environment utilizing Agile methodologies.
• In-depth knowledge of SaaS market dynamics and healthcare financials, particularly in Risk Adjustment and Quality.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging opportunities and assess the competitive landscape.
• Drive the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with internal and external customer needs.
• Collaborate with finance to develop financial models, set pricing, and monitor profitability across product lines.
• Serve as primary contact for product-related decisions and align with cross-functional teams for smooth rollouts.
• Develop and maintain product roadmap, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and stakeholder priorities.
