Requirements:

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to manage external stakeholders.
• Proven leadership experience in leading projects and teams.
• Expertise in leading Discovery activities and conducting workshops.
• Relevant certifications in Business Analysis (BA) and/or Product Ownership (PO).
• Relevant Agile certification and familiarity with Cloud technology.

Responsibilities:

• Drive the success of the business by leading project teams to deliver solutions.
• Support sales in expanding accounts through effective discovery and consultancy activities.
• Conduct business analysis and manage the backlog as 'Product Owner'.
• Tailor the Agile approach based on project context and facilitate Agile events.
• Coach others in Agile practices and monitor Agile metrics.
