Donor Relations Officer

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in donor relations, fundraising, and grant management.
• Demonstrated experience with grant reporting and due diligence processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Excel, CRM platforms, or impact measurement tools.
• Knowledge of grant compliance requirements and donor stewardship best practices.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Proactive and resourceful problem-solving abilities.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.

Responsibilities:

• Support Ember’s fundraising manager, COO, MD, and other teams on fundraising, donor relations, impact measurement, and MEL.
• Lead grant reporting processes.
• Conduct rigorous due diligence for grants.
• Manage biannual impact reports.
• Contribute to monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL) initiatives.
