⏳ Experience: 1+ years of direct accounting experience

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field (Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting/Management Information Systems).
  • 1+ years of direct accounting experience required; month-end close experience is a plus.
  • General knowledge of finance and accounting functions, including revenue, budgeting, credit, reconciliations, and internal controls.
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with ERP systems preferred; Microsoft Dynamics is a plus.
  • Working knowledge of US GAAP.
Responsibilities:
  • Prepare journal entries accurately, timely, and with appropriate supporting documentation.
  • Prepare monthly bank and general ledger account reconciliations and follow up on outstanding items.
  • Analyze financial information and summarize results as requested by management.
  • Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain internal controls.
  • Assist with special projects as needed.
  • Provide input into the department's goal setting process.
