Requirements:
- At least 7 years in sales and/or partner enablement, or a related role, at a high growth technology company.
- Strong instructional skills to develop and deliver impactful training programs.
- Proactive approach to identifying and resolving challenges affecting team performance.
- Experience with sales methodologies, processes, tools, and technologies.
- Deep understanding of strategic planning and practical execution.
- Excitement about data and strong experience assessing business metrics.
- Excellent stakeholder management and project management experience.
- High ownership and commitment to achieving GTM function potential.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Scrappy and entrepreneurial mindset, capable of building and iterating.
- Knowledge of data, AI, and/or cloud technologies.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting in-depth research on market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to inform go-to-market strategies.
- Developing and delivering comprehensive training programs for sales/partner teams to enhance understanding of product features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
- Creating, curating, and managing sales collateral that resonates with the target audience.
- Acting as a liaison between product development, marketing, and partner teams for alignment and communication.
- Establishing and tracking KPIs to measure effectiveness of enablement programs.
- Gathering and analyzing sales team feedback to refine training materials and strategies.
- Providing ongoing support to sales/partner teams through coaching and troubleshooting.
- Assisting partner teams in crafting personalized messaging and outreach strategies to enhance engagement.
