Responsibilities:
  • Conducting in-depth research on market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to inform go-to-market strategies.
  • Developing and delivering comprehensive training programs for sales/partner teams to enhance understanding of product features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
  • Creating, curating, and managing sales collateral that resonates with the target audience.
  • Acting as a liaison between product development, marketing, and partner teams for alignment and communication.
  • Establishing and tracking KPIs to measure effectiveness of enablement programs.
  • Gathering and analyzing sales team feedback to refine training materials and strategies.
  • Providing ongoing support to sales/partner teams through coaching and troubleshooting.
  • Assisting partner teams in crafting personalized messaging and outreach strategies to enhance engagement.
