  • Focus on inbound marketing to engage relevant customer groups digitally and offline.
  • Manage customer communication, including CRM/E-Mail, SEO, SEA, events, and social media content.
  • Oversee the marketing budget and reporting, establish clear goals and KPIs while delivering impactful presentations.
  • Lead and expand the marketing team, managing external service providers and freelancers.
  • Plan and prioritize marketing activities with transparency, developing a content calendar.
  • Ensure creation and distribution of target group-oriented content across various platforms.
  • Plan or support the introduction of local partnerships.
