Requirements:
  • A minimum of three years experience planning and executing ATM installations.
  • Experience with large implementations of 250 ATMs or more is a plus.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Kaba Mas locks.
  • Risk planning and mitigation skills.
  • Intermediate level or higher knowledge of Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets.
  • Ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks and adjust to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong professional communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Basic understanding of cryptocurrency.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage implementation process from start to finish according to company procedures.
  • Ensure alignment of ATM orders and inventory with installation schedule.
  • Schedule ATM installations and address potential risks that may cause delays.
  • Coordinate with armored providers for Kaba Mas lock initialization during installation.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing to address special needs for installations.
  • Prepare installation kits and send them to vendors in advance.
  • Travel infrequently to support field installations.
  • Keep systems updated with installation data.
  • Assist other team members and perform additional duties as assigned.
