Requirements:

• Basic computer skills and experience with Microsoft Word, email management, and data entry.
• General knowledge of access control and CCTV systems.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and customer relations skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred.
• Security guard training certification is preferred.
• 1-2 years’ prior experience in security is preferred.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure to respond to emergencies.

Responsibilities:

• Front desk data center security operations, including access control and CCTV monitoring.
• Administrative support for processing requests for access and issuing temporary access badges.
• Perform security rounds and critical alarm monitoring; respond to emergencies and escalate critical events.
• Conduct daily inspections of physical security assets and systems.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for security incidents within the data center.
• Ensure all physical security systems are functioning properly and report any issues.
• Maintain required security logs, inventories, and inspections for audit compliance.
• First responder to emergency situations and administrative support for the department.
