• Experience leading comprehensive product design refreshes at scale.
• Deep understanding of all design process phases, focusing on user-centric solutions.
• Proven ability to define and implement design strategies driving measurable results.
• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders.
• Understanding of technical concepts and a passion for innovative products.
• In-depth knowledge of Agile and Lean methodologies.
• Ability to collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams.
