• Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining comprehensive program documentation.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Experience in blockchain or decentralized systems is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Manage, mentor, and guide a team of Technical Program Managers to ensure continuous improvement.
• Lead a portfolio of high-priority technical programs, focusing on planning, execution, and risk management.
• Serve as a liaison between TPMs, stakeholders, and leadership for program alignment.
• Define and refine program management processes and best practices for efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet program objectives.
• Work with leadership to allocate resources effectively for optimal delivery.
• Identify and mitigate risks proactively to ensure seamless program execution.
• Establish and monitor KPIs for program success and regularly report progress.
