Email Operations Associate (Remote, US)

Requirements:

• 2+ years experience in email marketing and automation, preferably with HubSpot.
• Proficiency with HTML, CSS, and MJML for email development.
• Solid understanding of email accessibility standards, deliverability best practices, and reputation management.
• Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with email personalization tools.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for building, maintaining, and QAing all emails, templates, and components, ensuring optimization across platforms.
• Collaborate with engineering to build and maintain email automations in HubSpot for timely, personalized communication.
• Work closely with engineering, product, design, and marketing teams to ensure emails reach the right audience at the right time.
• Develop and deploy A/B tests alongside product and data teams to continuously improve email performance.
