Responsibilities:
  • Owning the adoption journey of your customer portfolio (after the onboarding phase)
  • Being the customer's trusted product advisor and business consultant, advising them on ideal processes with the tool to optimise value-add
  • Working closely with sales, securing a smooth renewal and upselling process
  • Collaborate across teams with different internal stakeholders to enhance customer experience
  • Cultivating key customers to become advocates of Pleo
  • Manage day-to-day operations and long-term relationships with customers
  • Proactively prevent customer churn through health score measurements and feature adoption
