Requirements:

• 10+ years of hands-on experience with development, scripting, and customization in the Atlassian Suite of products, particularly Jira, JSM, and Confluence.
• Skilled with development and scripting in languages such as Python, Java, Groovy, and JavaScript.
• Experience integrating enterprise tools such as Salesforce and Workday with Jira.
• Exceptional communication skills, capable of articulating complex concepts to varied audiences.
• Strong understanding of business processes to align tools for efficiency.
• Demonstrated ability to drive projects and lead cross-functional teams.
• Ability to troubleshoot and proactively address challenges.

Responsibilities:

• Help define process and tooling architecture.
• Spearhead the development and customization of the Atlassian Suite, focusing on Jira, JSM, and Confluence.
• Implement third-party tooling and drive integrations between the Atlassian Suite and other critical systems.
• Regularly review tooling for improvements and streamlining.
• Act as a liaison between engineering, product, and cross-functional teams.
• Gather requirements and ensure tools are optimized for collaboration and efficiency.
• Act as a subject matter expert in the Atlassian Suite.
• Manage project aspects of larger tooling projects.
• Maintain communication with stakeholders to ensure understanding of tools’ capabilities.
• Mentor junior and mid-level developers.
