Director of 3PL Fulfillment

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
• 8-10+ years of experience in supply chain management, order fulfillment, or related roles, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership capacity.
• Experience in consumer packaged goods, retail grocery channels, E-tailers (especially Amazon), and direct-to-consumer sectors.
• Strong command of Netsuite, Amazon Seller Portal, and Google Suite.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate third-party providers with strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and data-driven decision-making skills expected.
• Passion for sustainability and commitment to reducing environmental impact.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement distribution & logistics strategies to support the company's short- and long-term goals.
• Oversee wholesale, DTC, and Amazon order fulfillment and inbound/outbound operations.
• Manage 3PL inventory, ensuring service, cost, and quality compliance.
• Develop and report logistics and fulfillment KPIs.
• Create and implement operational budgets.
• Identify and implement process improvements across supply chain functions.
• Develop quarterly supplier relationship management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on business objectives.
• Lead sustainability efforts in supply chain processes.
