Requirements:

• Oral, interpersonal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to clearly and professionally communicate with others, including presenting information via Google Slides.
• Implement program design plans from senior staff using various technologies.
• Self-motivated and accountable for developing programs independently.
• Ability to read, understand, and take action based on existing documentation.
• Commitment to creating clear and detailed documentation.
• Expert in Gsuite, Confluence, Jira, and Slack; proficiency in Gmail and Mac usage; familiarity with Salesforce, Webflow, Figma, Descript, Asana, and Superhuman.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for ingesting program and project design plans from senior program development staff.
• Conduct technical implementation of programs or projects, building necessary infrastructure across multiple technologies.
• Write clear and executable program documentation, operating documents, and key success metric tracking documents.
• Deliver implemented and documented programs to the program management team.
• Ensure Program Managers understand the purpose and precise steps needed for program execution by the required due date.
• Ingest bug and program improvement reports from the senior program management team.
• Re-implement program processes and update necessary documentation to debug or improve programs.
