• Advanced knowledge in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with agile methodologies.
• Understanding of performance management concepts.
• Analytical and critical profile with affinity for numbers.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships.
• Previous experience in educational institutions or projects (desirable but not mandatory).
• Certifications related to product management and agile methodologies (desirable but not mandatory).

Responsibilities:

• Synchronize team production capacity with institutional demand.
• Optimize production processes ensuring quality of deliverables.
• Manage schedules and plan production of educational objects.
• Coordinate planners, designers, and reviewers.
• Evaluate teams' production capacity and propose solutions for bottlenecks.
• Develop and monitor production performance indicators.
• Maintain effective communication with all partner areas.
