Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA, CMA, or equivalent certification preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in accounting/financial management.
• Strong knowledge of International Accounting Standards (IAS) and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks, Clock PMS, and Lightspeed systems.
• Experience in inventory management, fixed assets, and audit processes.
• Exceptional organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct monthly revenue reconciliations across all departments, ensuring accuracy in bookings and transactions.
• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations, promptly resolving discrepancies.
• Review and adjust prepayment monthly journal entries.
• Maintain depreciation schedules for fixed assets.
• Oversee payroll reconciliation and assist with inventory valuation.
• Prepare and review monthly financial statements, providing actionable insights.
• Conduct regular internal audits and implement strong internal controls.
