Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Sciences or Computer Engineering or equivalent experience.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Comfortable interfacing with key individuals at major accounts.
- Effective organization and time-management skills.
- Experience in Customer Service, Technical Support, and/or Project Management.
- Must possess valid driver's license and passport.
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
- Fluent in verbal and written communication in English.
Responsibilities:
- Perform installation, audit, assessment, maintenance, and support of Genetec systems at client’s sites.
- Act as a primary on-site and remote technical point of contact for key projects.
- Provide technical support and services on Genetec solutions remotely.
- Develop and maintain a strong relationship with new and existing customers.
- Document all activities, anomalies, and customer feedback during service projects.
- Ensure timely escalation of critical customer-related issues.
- Provide consulting for software implementation, integration, training, and change requests.
