• Data-driven mindset with skills in tracking and reporting performance metrics.
• Ability to plan, organize, and execute events.
• Passion for gaming and strong drive to foster community growth.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the recruitment of qualified students as Tribe Campus Leaders across campuses.
• Create a smooth onboarding process with essential knowledge and resources for new leaders.
• Maintain consistent communication by sharing updates, addressing concerns, and fostering collaboration between Tribe Campus Leaders.
• Develop relationships with campus administration and clubs to expand program reach.
• Track and analyse program KPIs, generating reports to optimize community growth and engagement.
