Responsibilities:
- Lead the recruitment of qualified students as Tribe Campus Leaders across campuses.
- Create a smooth onboarding process with essential knowledge and resources for new leaders.
- Maintain consistent communication by sharing updates, addressing concerns, and fostering collaboration between Tribe Campus Leaders.
- Develop relationships with campus administration and clubs to expand program reach.
- Track and analyse program KPIs, generating reports to optimize community growth and engagement.
