Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• 7+ years of experience in logistics, order management, or supply chain management, with at least 4 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge in technology integration, EDI, API, and system-to-system integration.
• Advanced analytical skills and proficiency in data visualization/tools.
• Proficient in logistics and order management systems.
• Proven leadership and project management skills.
• Experience in ROI analysis and cost optimization.
• Strong communication skills with adaptability in dynamic environments.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and drive key initiatives that combine logistics, order management, and technology integration.
• Take ownership of the end-to-end order lifecycle ensuring OMS are fully integrated.
• Leverage data and technology to monitor and optimize supply chain performance.
• Ensure efficient logistics and fulfillment processes with high service levels.
• Lead financial analysis of logistics and order management technology investments.
• Provide leadership and development opportunities to a team of professionals.
• Collaborate across departments to align initiatives with business objectives.
