Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree - preferably with a focus on Supply Chain Management, Engineering or STEM Degree.
• At least 7-10 years of experience in Supply Chain and Planning or as an Operations/Planning Manager.
• 1+ Years of work or academic experience with databases (Google Big Query is a plus).
• Demonstrated ability to drive results and analytical ability to use data for improvements.
• Exceptional spreadsheet skills.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong customer focus.
• Outstanding analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to follow through on issues.
• Sound independent judgment in resolving complex problems.

Responsibilities:

• Own the functional and financial bridge between channel owners and the supply team; creating accurate demand forecasts, balancing historical data, market trends, and sales inputs to predict customer demand across multiple product lines.
• Manage the teams responsible for demand plans.
• Ensure close alignment with Supply Planning team for data accuracy and visibility of demand signals.
• Identify potential risks in the supply chain and develop mitigation strategies.
• Develop tools for identifying trends and providing insights to senior leadership.
• Evaluate and implement analytical tools to enhance planning stack.
• Drive KPIs to hold partners accountable and utilize communication skills to influence various stakeholders.
