Requirements:

• HS diploma or GED.
• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in closing enterprise software sales.
• Experience with G500 banking, finance, or insurance customers as a Global Account Manager.
• Extensive experience in enterprise selling at executive level in large global accounts.
• Successful track record managing complex deal negotiations and global contracts.
• Experience as primary account manager or team leader for large enterprises.
• Ability to navigate and establish credibility with senior-level executives as trusted advisor.
• Understanding of Observability, Security, and technology-as-a-service markets.
• Sales or consulting expertise in complex software/IT solutions and global contracts.
• Knowledge of the IT ecosystem in large, global enterprises.

Responsibilities:

• Manage growth & adoption of Dynatrace platform into assigned accounts globally.
• Work with local sales and support teams across various regions.
• Drive customers’ long-term corporate & cloud strategies with accompanying roadmaps.
• Create a holistic strategic account plan with key initiatives for 2-3 years.
• Define & detail a prioritized key initiative plan with customer stakeholders.
• Map stakeholders to manage relationships and ensure engagement of the executive sponsor.
• Mobilize & execute the end-to-end strategy for land, adopt, and grow ARR.
• Leverage Dynatrace services, support, and ecosystems to expand footprint.
• Develop long-term C-level relationships and influence a virtual team across functions.
