• 10 years of experience in product management building developer-first products.
• Experience mentoring Product Managers.
• Experience in building and launching AI products.
• Data analysis expertise.
• Metric driven.
• Demonstrated success in product shipping and iteration in an agile environment.
• Ability to collaborate across engineering, design, marketing, and support teams.
• Capability to understand technical business problems and provide effective solution strategies.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Good understanding of eCommerce industry trends (nice-to-have).
• Familiarity with search engines and technologies (nice-to-have).
• Familiarity with ML/AI technologies (nice-to-have).
• Experience writing code is a plus.
• Preference for candidates with experience in high-growth environments.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, define, and communicate the strategy, vision, and roadmap of the NeuralSearch team with all key stakeholders.
• Build processes and team dynamics to deliver APIs and user interfaces satisfying customer needs.
• Mock up concepts, write functional specs, cut tickets, write copy, and collaborate with engineers, designers, and other product managers.
• Build and nurture an agile and innovative product culture centered on rapid prototyping and learning.
• Use analytical and quantitative skills to manage the business by metrics.
• Understand competitive landscape and identify strategic partnerships.
• Conduct customer research to gain insights for product improvement.
• Drive innovative ideas, solutions, and products through leadership.
