Requirements:
  • Proven project management/coordination experience in localization industry.
  • 2-3 years of experience in managing people or small teams.
  • Solid organizational skills, including prioritization and time management.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate others.
  • Strong understanding of localization industry and cultural knowledge.
  • Creative problem-solving and strategic thinking skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and flexible in high-pressure situations.
Responsibilities:
  • Supervise workloads and quality of ICS APAC linguists (transcribers and translators) focusing on scripting.
  • Ensure timely handovers and quality delivery of ICS APAC territory operations deliverables.
  • Maintain updating of software trackers, resource sheets, and schedules.
  • Collaborate with teams to meet client delivery and quality objectives.
  • Work with leadership to expand linguist capacity strategies.
  • Facilitate training and up-skilling of linguists.
  • Attend and provide notes for production meetings.
  • Assist with technical workflow issues.
