• Certifications in Active Campaign, Google, Meta, etc.

Responsibilities:

• Define the strategy for communication dispatches.
• Ensure alignment between academic and educational departments.
• Design communication pathways according to student journeys and institutional events.
• Manage email communications via Active Campaign.
• Develop engagement strategies using various communication channels.
• Prioritize demands for the production team.
• Structure supplementary and onboarding materials.
• Maintain brand tone of voice and visual identity.
• Guide visual production.
• Collaborate with the Digital team for CRM data integration.
• Monitor actions across departments to ensure alignment in communications.
