• Proficiency in using CRM software, particularly Salesforce.
• Ability to maintain strong client relationships and establish industry partnerships.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

• Leverage online tools to research decision-makers and key contacts from target companies.
• Create tailored outreach strategies via email, phone, and social media.
• Coordinate meetings between Account Executives and identified prospects.
• Prepare materials for Account Executives for effective client meetings.
• Confirm meetings and ensure follow-ups for engagement.
• Document prospect interactions in Salesforce and track lead progress.
• Support sales reporting by analyzing Salesforce data.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new prospects.
