Requirements:

• 5+ years of professional experience in fast-growing, global companies.
• 4+ years of experience in Workday configuration.
• 2+ years of configuring Advanced Compensation.
• Experience in Workday business process configuration, security, and organization configuration.
• Familiarity with HR best practices and compliance.
• Ability to partner with developers in Workday Studio and integrations.
• Proficiency in prioritizing workload and delivering enhancements or fixes.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the Core HCM and Advance Compensation Workday configuration.
• Configure and enhance the hire, change job, and termination business processes.
• Build complex Workday reports.
• Collaborate with Compensation, HR, and other internal teams to align Workday with organizational goals.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency.
• Triage and configure Workday enhancements or fixes.
• Build and maintain organizational hierarchies and custom security roles.
• Document business requirements related to programs executed through Workday.
