Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience is required.
• SAFe Certified Scrum Master.
• Experience in leading Agile development teams and automating application deployments.
• Proven experience with large-scale software development and integration projects.
• Experience facilitating briefings to senior leadership.
• Familiarity with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
• Experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and Kanban methods is highly desired.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and facilitate scrum meetings and eliminate blockers (PI Planning, Retrospectives, Daily Stand-ups, Demos, etc.).
• Build relationships to encourage collaboration, transparency, and innovation across Agile teams.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in line with client and organizational objectives.
• Manage the end-to-end project management process for tech/software projects.
• Promote Agile quality practices, coordinate across organizations, and advise on process improvements.
• Track and report on team progress using Agile metrics.
• Work directly with senior-level client leadership.
