Requirements:

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with EF’s Northeast Regional team, state-based consultants, and with grantees on grantmaking strategy and activities.
  • Manage and coordinate multiple budgets from internal and external sources.
  • Oversee a portfolio of grantees, managing communications-related grants, proposals, and projects.
  • Provide strategic guidance to position grantees for developing and executing communications strategies.
  • Develop capacity-building programming for grantees, especially those representing frontline and BIPOC communities.
  • Facilitate check-ins and meetings to ensure timely completion of communications activities.
  • Foster active network learning and disseminate important data and trends to partners.
  • Align communications strategies with EF National, DEI, and other program priorities.
  • Provide information for rapid-response requests and maintain communication with partners.
