Responsibilities:

• Handle podcasting content optimization, including creating 5-10 short video clips (30-60 seconds) from each long-form podcast episode (60-120 minutes).
• Identify and extract compelling content from podcast episodes to maximize audience engagement.
• Format and edit video clips for social media distribution.
• Assist with podcast-related research, guest stories, and episode ideas.
• Collaborate closely with clients to align final content with branding and goals.
• Explore opportunities to expand work scope, including thumbnail design and guest outreach.
• Create engaging, visually appealing vertical videos optimized for social media.
• Understand social media trends for effective content distribution and audience growth.
• Work independently, manage time effectively, and deliver high-quality work on time.
