Responsibilities:

• Handle podcasting content optimization, including creating 5-10 short video clips from each long-form podcast episode.
• Identify and extract compelling content from podcast episodes to maximize audience engagement.
• Format and edit video clips for distribution across social media platforms.
• Assist with podcast-related research, identifying guest stories and episode ideas for growth.
• Collaborate closely with the client to ensure final content aligns with branding and goals.
• Explore opportunities to assist with thumbnail design, guest outreach, and other tasks.
• Demonstrate proficiency in creating engaging, visually appealing videos for social media.
• Understand social media trends and best practices for content distribution and audience growth.
• Work independently, manage time effectively, and deliver high-quality work within timelines.
• Communicate effectively and understand the client's business and content needs.
