Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in Business Development/Sales.
• At least 5 years of experience in the Biotech/Pharmaceutical industry with knowledge of drug discovery and clinical trials.
• Relevant experience in ophthalmology and/or CRO sales is preferred.
• Ability to build strong relationships and effectively manage partnerships.
• Effective planning and organizational skills.
• Established relationships with key bio-pharm decision makers.
• History of achieving sales quota targets.
• High personal integrity, strong interpersonal skills, and self-motivation.

Responsibilities:

• Actively prospect and leverage new business opportunities within target accounts.
• Network in the industry to identify potential opportunities.
• Monitor status of leads and maintain a pipeline of opportunities.
• Maintain communication with customers and ensure tracking systems are current.
• Grow and develop existing clients and generate new business.
• Communicate Ora’s value proposition effectively.
• Facilitate relationships with key pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies.
• Understand industry trends and represent Ora at meetings.
