IT Systems Engineer

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Hands-on experience with integration tools and workflows, including APIs and automation platforms
• Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve technical challenges independently
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a team-focused mindset
• Nice-to-haves include experience with Zapier, Twilio, and SendGrid, IAM solutions, and IT security practices
• Familiarity with cloud services, automation workflows, and scalable IT solutions
• Foundational knowledge of networking concepts, including configuring and troubleshooting networks

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain integrations between internal tools and systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues to minimize disruptions
• Optimize and monitor system performance to ensure scalability and reliability
• Work closely with internal teams to understand technical requirements and business needs
• Serve as a key resource for tools like Zapier, Twilio, and SendGrid
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IT solutions with company objectives
• Support and troubleshoot network configurations, including VPNs and firewalls
• Contribute to IT infrastructure growth focusing on security best practices
• Support IT operations ensuring system security, reliability, and efficiency
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve systems and workflows
• Work with third-party vendors for seamless tool integrations
