Requirements:

• Great alignment with company principles.
• A strong interest in platform engineering and developer tooling.
• Familiarity with Git and GitOps principles.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes and CNCF technologies.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, particularly with GitLab, and GitOps tools like ArgoCD.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Go, Bash, or Node.js.
• Experience building scalable, distributed systems.
• Alignment with engineering best practices.
• Self-driven attitude with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Previous experience in a Developer Experience role is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the entire team to design and develop tools and platforms that improve the developer experience.
• Enhance and maintain CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitLab) and GitOps workflows (e.g., ArgoCD).
• Drive platform improvements using Kubernetes and other CNCF technologies.
• Write clean, testable, and maintainable code in Go, Bash, Node.js, or other relevant languages.
• Address issues at the host and infrastructure levels.
• Foster a culture of quality through peer reviews and monitoring.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams.
