Senior UX/UI Designer

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in graphic design, human-computer interaction, or a related field.
• 4+ years of professional UX experience with a strong portfolio of user-centered projects.
• Extensive knowledge of user research methods, information architecture, interaction design, and visual design principles.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with prototyping and design software such as Figma or equivalent.
• Experience balancing user experience with business needs and technical feasibility.
• Agile professional who excels in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with Content Management Systems (CMS) and experience in the publishing industry is preferred.
• Expertise in cross-device and responsive design best practices.
• Strong understanding of web accessibility standards (WCAG) and experience with Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) techniques.

Responsibilities:

• Define and conduct customer and user research and testing, establishing feedback loops with stakeholders.
• Quickly design and create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and mockups for digital products.
• Create user-centered designs by understanding business requirements and customer feedback.
• Oversee all deliverables produced by the UX team to ensure quality and consistency.
• Provide feedback, coaching, and mentoring for other UX team members.
• Communicate with product and engineering teams during the implementation process.
• Ideate and create wireframes and designs for new product and data initiatives.
• Create assets for product marketing, including customer-facing collateral and website designs.
• Define standards and maintain design system documentation for the TechnologyAdvice platform.
