Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a science or business-related field.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
• Previous team leadership experience is preferred.
• Direct experience working with customers in Retina segments, with an established network of thought leader relationships strongly desired.
• Strong clinical expertise, particularly in specialty pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical settings.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities and the ability to excel in cross-functional roles.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a strategic plan to support the advancement of 4D-150 through engagement with key thought leaders and influencers in Retina care.
• Exhibit strong clinical expertise in disease states and product-specific knowledge.
• Gather and share valuable customer insights and feedback to inform go-to-market strategies and brand development.
• Represent the company in customer interactions with a deep understanding of the 4D-150 program and the transformative potential of gene therapy for nAMD.
• Facilitate collaboration and knowledge-sharing among internal stakeholders to align efforts and drive success.
• Build relationships with leadership from regional and national retina societies, as well as ophthalmic and optometric organizations, to identify partnership opportunities for 4DMT.
• Uphold the highest standards of integrity by ensuring full compliance with all regulations and company policies.
