• Make a minimum of 200 outbound calls per shift to engage warm leads.
• Assess sellers’ goals, business readiness, and suitability for M&A services.
• Schedule at least 8 daily appointments for M&A specialists.
• Accurately document all interactions in the CRM to ensure follow-up.
