Requirements:

  • Experience in VMware subject areas such as Compute, Infrastructure, Networking, or Automation.
  • Advanced knowledge of ESXi and vCenter Server.
  • Strong skills in Storage, especially SRM.
  • Experience in configuring VMware virtual solutions.
  • Knowledge of scripting languages like Python or PowerShell.
  • VMware and industry certifications such as VCAP-DCV or CCNA.
  • Experience in handling critical customer situations.
Responsibilities:
  • Occasional after hours, weekends and holidays support for urgent customer issues.
  • Must have excellent customer focus and communication.
  • Ability to troubleshoot customer issues in a remote environment.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a global team in a 24x7 support model.
  • Drive customer satisfaction by tracking and minimizing aging cases.
