Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in the finance field with management responsibilities.
• Experience with contract review; knowledge in licensing and royalty accounting is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles.
• Ability to motivate teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Clean credit history.

Responsibilities:

• Support financial performance and strategic direction of the Eyewear brand portfolio.
• Oversee brand financial performance, including accounting, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
• Build financial business plans and identify financial opportunities and gaps.
• Ensure compliance with 30+ active license arrangements and monitor monthly operating results.
• Recommend asset allocation to maximize productivity and profitability.
• Lead annual budgeting and long-term financial planning in collaboration with brand teams.
• Provide strategic financial guidance to brand leadership and evaluate new license launches.
