Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, a technical discipline, or a relevant discipline.
• Minimum of 8 years of professional analyst experience.
• Experience in data analytics and programming.
• Experience designing basic UX/UI with wireframes and presenting them to clients.
• Experience with ServiceNow and Atlassian JIRA applications.
• Experience conducting research, analysis, and requirements elaboration.
• Teaching processes and tools to new users.
• Expert level in Microsoft Office Applications, including Project.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team and engage in all aspects of SAFe Agile software development.
• Identify and resolve project issues, analyze complex business problems to determine IT solutions.
• Collaborate with developers and UX/UI designers to translate visual concepts into functional experiences.
• Coordinate documentation updates and conduct post-project evaluations.
• Define business systems' objectives and scope, and gather and analyze user needs.
• Provide hardware and software procurement recommendations.
• Work cross-functionally with team members and stakeholders.
