Requirements:

• Strong skills in Node.js, with experience equivalent to a full-stack developer.
• Hands-on experience in application support, troubleshooting, and production issue resolution.
• Familiarity with supporting cross-functional teams (e.g., Finance, Marketing, HR).
• Experience in data extraction and creating automation solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to handle bug fixes and process optimizations.
• Knowledge of Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) is a bonus.
• Experience with Postman for API testing.
• Familiarity with NodeJS test automation frameworks like mocha, chai, or selenium.
• Knowledge of web templating languages such as Pug or Slim.

Responsibilities:

• Provide prompt support for production issues, ensuring timely resolutions to minimize downtime.
• Assist teams in Finance, Marketing, and HR by addressing application-related queries and technical challenges.
• Perform data extractions to support reporting and analysis needs.
• Develop and implement automation solutions to streamline internal processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve minor bug fixes to enhance application performance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify system improvements and optimize workflows.
• Document issues, solutions, and best practices for future reference.
