Senior Software Engineer (Voice Team)

Requirements:

• Knowledge of at least two programming languages - node.js and Golang are preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of AWS.
• Knowledge of Linux server administration.
• Knowledge of network protocols.
• Knowledge of VoIP is an advantage but not necessarily needed.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making and critical-thinking skills.
• Breadth of DevOps experience in building tools and frameworks, with an understanding of continuous deployment processes.
• Team player with commitment.

Responsibilities:

• Build and operate Voice platform services with high performance, scalable and zero downtime releases in the AWS environment.
• Integrate 3rd party AI tools into the ecosystem.
• Ensure the smooth running of the infrastructure.
• Participate in the development of automation and scaling of the infrastructure.
• Improve security.
• Collaborate across teams on best practices to build, test, and operate services at scale.
