Requirements:

• Ability to obtain security clearance required by the project: Public Trust
• 3 to 5 years of technical writing experience
• Strong proficiency in writing technical documentation for AWS
• Experience developing, editing, and maintaining user manuals, technical reports, proposals, and training materials
• High proficiency in utilizing Google Suite
• Expertise in accessibility standards and brand voice consistency
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Collaborative mindset with cross-functional teams

Responsibilities:

• Executes on and implements technical documentation strategies
• Collaborates with technical teams, UX designers, project managers, and stakeholders
• Develops, edits, and maintains documentation such as user manuals, technical reports, proposals, and training materials
• Ensures materials meet accessibility standards and customer expectations
• Maintains clarity, accuracy, and compliance in all documentation
• Translates complex technical concepts into user-friendly language
• Independently manages writing projects while gathering necessary information
