Requirements:

• 5+ years of software development experience.
• 3+ years of production-level Node.js code writing.
• 3+ years of production-level React code writing.
• Experience working 100% remote with a distributed team.
• Adaptability to rapidly changing startup environments.
• Ability to communicate technical designs to various audiences.

Responsibilities:

• Design, architect, build and maintain core backend services for Knock’s applications.
• Build and maintain innovative experiences for internal and consumer-facing web applications.
• Commit to engineering practices of security, testing, and deployment processes.
• Mentor others and act as a resource for team members.
• Demonstrate ownership of the Knock platform and customer experience.
• Collaborate with UX, Product, and Engineering teams.
