Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or greater in STEM field, Anthropology, Archaeology, Maritime Archaeology, or related fields.
- 7 years relevant experience, with 5 years in a supervisory role.
- Understanding of the Cultural Resource Management (CRM) industry.
- Knowledge of Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act and NEPA.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage projects timely and cost-effectively.

- Ability to hold archaeological survey permits in Oregon and California preferred.

- Serve as the single point for clients regarding project issues.
- Prepare project proposals, cost estimates, and project schedules.
- Understand project regulatory and contract requirements.
- Negotiate contract terms with clients.
- Deliver projects on time, within budget, and meet client expectations.
- Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and conduct change management.
- Coordinate with accounting and logistics for project management.
- Ensure high-level quality control and peer review.
- Develop Health & Safety plans in compliance with contract requirements.
- Maintain strong relationships with project teams and clients.
- Train and mentor staff and communicate project developments.
