Serve as the single point for clients regarding project issues. Prepare project proposals, cost estimates, and project schedules. Understand project regulatory and contract requirements. Negotiate contract terms with clients. Deliver projects on time, within budget, and meet client expectations. Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and conduct change management. Coordinate with accounting and logistics for project management. Ensure high-level quality control and peer review. Develop Health & Safety plans in compliance with contract requirements. Maintain strong relationships with project teams and clients. Train and mentor staff and communicate project developments.
