Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Nursing, Public Health, Healthcare Administration, or related field is required.
• Active Nurse Practitioner licensure.
• Proven leadership track record at the Director or VP level.
• Deep expertise in risk adjustment, HEDIS, STAR measures, and value-based care models.
• Experience scaling clinical operations in Medicare/Medicaid programs.
• Passion for leveraging innovation and technology to improve patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Lead clinical operations from strategy to execution.
• Scale clinical teams and infrastructure for effective care delivery.
• Develop and implement tech-enabled care models to enhance workflows.
• Drive key quality metrics such as HEDIS and STAR.
• Focus on improving care delivery for underserved Medicare and Medicaid populations.
