Requirements:

• Demonstrates historical career stability.
• Mandatory minimum of 2+ years of recent Skip Tracing experience in auto recovery.
• Preferred Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in the auto finance field.

Responsibilities:

• Identify the best-known address to locate the client’s collateral.
• Determine if the customer holds special statuses such as Bankruptcy or Active-Duty Military.
• Generate leads for Recovery Agents using all available sources.
• Communicate frequently with Recovery Agents through phone, email, and recovery systems.
• Confirm FHF’s Lien holder status of pursued collateral.
• Review credit applications and in-house documents to determine location.
• Assign or Reassign repossession orders after validating addresses.
• Use judgment to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Report on recovery data trends to contribute to underwriting models.
• Place outbound follow-up calls to vendors.
• Stay updated on state legislation involving impound requirements.
• Comply with FHF’s requests and requirements.
• Ensure leads are acknowledged and followed up on.
• Maintain confidentiality of operations and customer information.
• Complete some administrative tasks as required.
