Requirements:
  • Degree in life science or biomedical engineering; advanced degree preferred.
  • Significant sales management experience, with a strong preference for NGS capital sales.
  • Excellent communication skills; experience working with distributors.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify, evaluate, develop and maintain negotiation with international distribution partners.
  • Assist distribution sales teams to drive growth of Instrument and Consumable product lines.
  • Analyze and implement operational plans to drive revenue and prepare forecasts for management.
  • Coordinate sales and marketing campaigns to increase sales.
  • Develop training mechanisms for distributor employees.
  • Advocate for distributor partners across the organization.
  • Resolve complex problems by connecting internal resources with external partners.
  • Supervise pipeline maintenance and reporting for management.
  • Design strategic plans to improve sales and marketing in distributor markets.
  • Communicate with global distributors and manage escalation of issues.
  • Monitor regional competitors and assess expansion opportunities.
