• Hands-on experience with Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
• Familiarity with LLM frameworks (like LangChain, AutoGPT) or strong desire to learn them.
• Systematic approach to problem-solving with the ability to design decision-making flows.
• Excellent technical communication skills in a remote environment.
• Strong foundation in prompt engineering.
• Creative and analytical mindset for solving challenges in agent development.

Responsibilities:

• Architect and implement autonomous agents capable of decomposing complex tasks and executing multi-step plans with minimal human intervention.
• Collaborate with the research team on agent orchestration techniques and resource optimization.
• Research advanced prompting strategies to enhance agent capabilities.
• Develop evaluation frameworks to measure agent performance and safety.
• Contribute to agent infrastructure by building tools for creating, deploying, and monitoring agents.
• Monitor emerging frameworks and research for innovation opportunities.
• Document findings and share insights with the team.
